
The Assistant Brand Manager for Instants is a key role in the Kenco brand team, contributing to all elements of the marketing mix. As the ABM you will be responsible for developing and executing the Kenco BTL activation in addition to category growth driving initiatives. Previous comms experience developing strategies and execution across social media, websites, digital and shopper is essential.
You will be responsible for category innovation and renovation projects, product portfolio development, design & artwork evolution and in-store activation. You will be actively involved in brand performance tracking and analysis. Success will be achieved by working closely and building winning relationships with our internal and external associates and agencies.
Responsibilities;
Experience developing & executing digital & shopper comms across social media, websites, digital and shopper touchpoints
Previous Marketing experience, preferably FMCG
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Proven Project Management skills
Excellent communication skills with track record of building strong relationships/collaboration
An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset (we are a “start-up” business)
A “can do” attitude
Nice to have:
Assistant Brand Manager FMCG with 1-2 years experience
Affinity for data analysis
Experience in creation and activation of simple design projects
Education:
Educated to degree level
